The First Step

To begin your counseling process, please schedule a free 15-minute phone call by clicking on the link below. This quick and easy screening will help us determine if I’m a good fit for you! From there, we will schedule your first session.

In our first session, I’ll invite you to share your story with me. We will discuss what it is that brings you to counseling and what your hopes and expectations are for our time together. At the end of this session, we will determine our counseling goals and set up a counseling schedule.

The recommended counseling schedule is typically 6 sessions, meeting every other week.

However, the frequency and length of our time together can be catered to your specific needs.
